The Qualica Airline Solution is designed to provide a flexible, reliable and cost-effective set of solutions to help airlines deliver better service to their customers-at reduced costs. The solution is deployed in a managed IT environment and is highly scalable and flexible. The suite comprises:
- An Internet-enabled airline reservations system (ARS).
- A client/server departure control system (DCS).
- an Internet-enabled self-service kiosk application (CUSS).
- A server-based baggage management application (BMS).
We deliver these applications as Software as a Service (SaaS) model and it is available on either an ASP or dedicated infrastructure basis. This avoids the need for capital expenditure and specialised IT staff. We engage on an outsourced 'support and operate' model.
