Like most good technology companies, Qualica started out in somebody's garage. Then when we grew up we got an office and ultimately became the professional organisation we are today.

What sets us apart, and motivated us to begin that exciting growth journey? For sure it's the excitement about the potential that technology has to change the way business is done-and how to turn that potential into solutions for specific clients. We're definitely not an ivory tower bunch of people. As our strapline, "Complexity made simple", indicates, we are a team that is prepared to do the hard work to make technological complexity useful in the real world.

This kind of stuff is hard to do. It requires people who combine a natural flair for Internet technologies and innovative ideas for online business. Our offices are filled with people who are dynamic go-getters with strong opinions and a taste for robust debate as we get to grips with turning complex technology into simple, workable solutions.

We're serious about what we do, and the work is challenging-but it's also extremely satisfying. And we make sure we have a lot of fun along the way as well!
